Here are the two ways we handle estate sales:
Outright Purchase and Clear Out
With this option, our experts will come to you, assess the contents of the estate, and make you an offer for the entire estate. You’ll get less money, but the estate will be completely cleared out, meaning it can be used for other purposes or put on the market sooner.
Only take auctionable items
With this option, we provide the same assessment, then consign the most auctionable items. You’ll get more money this way however, you’ll have to clear out the items we don’t take. There is a $100 pick up fee and commission rates can be found on our consignment info page.
